Run your first script
Choose your language and client to get installation commands and a complete demo. Run the commands, save the demo script, and run it to print Example Domain.
The SDK downloads a verified Mimic runtime from GitHub releases when it is first needed and reuses the local cache. Your automation client is a separate dependency; install the one you want to use.
Launch or connect
Keep your native browser API
The session exposes your client's browser or connection. Create Pages, navigate, locate elements and evaluate JavaScript using that client's ordinary API. Page and Context objects remain native objects, so your existing helpers can work with them.
Choose Playwright or Puppeteer in JavaScript, sync or async Playwright in Python, or the appropriate client for another language. Each integration has its own runnable demo.
Configure only what you need
Mimic's supported browser behavior determines what your client can do. Check the compatibility guide when a workload needs rendering or an unsupported browser capability.
Managing your own process? You can also connect directly over CDP.
